Project & activity
Choose the region first. It sets the authority hold point, the regional codes, the permit wording and the heat rules in the document.

Work sequence
Edit the steps in your own words. With Auto-tag on, the inspection type (H hold, W witness, R review, S surveillance) and the phase are picked from the step text as you type. Change a dropdown to override it. The tags feed the ITP, the checklist and the 4D view.

Tests and acceptance criteria

Example values are typical. The project specification and the named standard decide the final figure.
Risk assessment
Score each hazard before and after controls on the 5x5 matrix. Reviewers check that every residual is lower than the initial score and ends up Moderate (4-6) or Low (1-3). These scores feed the colour-coded JSEA on tab 7.

ITP & hold points
The inspection and test plan is built from the tags on your steps, plus the authority inspection for the region. Every hold point costs notice time on the programme.

4D sequence
Play the work through time. The scene builds up phase by phase and the playback stops at every hold point until you release it. Drag the scene to turn it.
Review readiness
The same checks a consultant reviewer runs first. Critical gaps cap the likely status at C, however good the rest is. Practise reviewing other people's method statements in SITE-505.
Document & export
Pick a document: method statement, ITP, JSEA or inspection checklist (ITC), or the full pack with all four. The preview is what prints. Export to Word to add your company template, or print to PDF.

What gets a method statement approved
Write the sequence for this job, not a generic trade. A reviewer can tell in one page whether the author has walked the area. Name the floor, the access route, the lifting method and who holds the permit.
Put hold points where work gets covered or can not be undone: before ceilings close, before backfill, before energising, before insulation hides joints. Use witness points for tests that can be repeated. Too many holds slow the job and get ignored; too few leave the consultant blind.
Every test needs a number and a standard behind it. "Test as required" will come back as revise and resubmit. Take the value from the specification and quote the standard it comes from.
The risk assessment has to show the effect of the controls. If the residual is the same as the initial score, the controls are not doing anything, or the scoring is lazy. Both get noticed.
The method can travel between countries; the approvals do not. A Dubai switchboard needs DEWA inspection before connection. In New Zealand the same board needs a Certificate of Compliance and an Electrical Safety Certificate. Check the authority's current rules before submitting.
